Megan Makes Dinner Monday: 12/20/10
Garlic honey chicken, lemon angel hair pasta and crispy n crunchy salad. That salad was awesome! It was totally worth me almost cutting my finger off while slicing the apples. I really should have had adult supervision with the knife.

REINDEER! I think this one's Comet.
Today, I rode in an old Ford Model T, voted in a gingerbread house contest, saw Santa Claus and some reindeer and watched fireworks. I love Christmas at Greenfield Village! Add the P.F. Chang’s we had for dinner and you’ve got an awesome night!

Christmastime makes me feel all nostalgic.
This picture was taken at my house. That’s right. Santa Claus was at my house; and not just to deliver presents. He stopped by every Christmas Eve to hang out for a while before bedtime!

Cherry Pie Success!!
I want to surprise my grandpa with a cherry pie like my grandma used to make him. Since I had never made one, I figured I should do a test run before he gets here next week. The first one was kind of an epic fail, but I tried again tonight and nailed it! This is one fine looking pie!

Herbed pork tenderloin, creamy ‘soup-er’ rice and green beans. I also made pumpkin pie pudding for dessert!
